I particularly liked the tool for couple communication.
It is clearly structured, not overloaded, you are guided through it well and know what you have already worked on.
The videos are not too long and the exercises are easy to implement.
They helped my husband and I a lot. But also to see where we are already communicating correctly.

The online course "Improving Couple Communication" by Julia Karrasch is highly recommended!
The content is exciting, clearly structured and can be implemented directly in everyday life. I find the many practical exercises and interactive elements that help you learn new communication patterns step by step particularly valuable.
The bonus material is a real highlight: the meditations and progressive muscle relaxation are not only beneficial, but also a crucial key to calming down first and thus entering into calm, appreciative communication. After all, it makes little sense to want to clarify things when you are still stressed or agitated. You can feel in every module that Julia has developed this course with incredible attention to detail and a lot of passion and that she knows exactly what she is talking about. Her experience and practical knowledge make this course a real asset to any relationship!

The online course "Improving Couple Communication" lives up to its promise! The video units are appealing, concise and instructive, and the content has been developed and prepared with a recognizable amount of dedication. We found the combination of clear video impulses and reflection and exercise assignments to be very inviting and inspiring. Changing communication habits is of course an intensive and exhausting process. But with this online course, my wife and I felt very well supported and encouraged. Thank you very much for this effective impetus for change, a crystal-clear recommendation from us!

This self-help course helps couples to improve their communication.
Many everyday examples make it easier to understand what has been learned in the long term.
Ms. Karrasch has structured this course with humor and understanding.
It contains theories, some of which I am familiar with, which have been reworked and clearly conceptualized.
This course is not just for couples, but for anyone who wants to learn to understand themselves better with regard to their own communication.
I can recommend this course especially for institutions such as schools.
There is currently an introductory price, which pleased me and immediately supported this purchase.
For me, this is help for self-help and individual lessons can be booked.
I wish Ms. Karrasch continued pleasure and success.
