I can more than recommend the firm Diekmann Rechtsanwälte. Since the airline Condor did not want to pay their delay, I contacted the law firm. I have been advised very well, always up to date without having to follow up. I can only advise anyone who is in trouble with an airline to get his money, to contact the law firm. Save yourselves the high fees with various offerers in the Internet. Here you get everything back, the payment for the airline and a little later also the advanced lawyer and court costs. Once Diekmann lawyers in such a matter then always when it is needed. Many thanks.

The customer contact was perfect. If I had any questions, I received an answer within one business day. I was always kept up to date on the current status of the procedure. From the application to the receipt, in my case,
the compensation payment" it only took about 4 months. I did not incur any costs because I have legal protection insurance. Absolutely recommendable. Very friendly staff. The law firm would be my 1st choice again and again.

In my case, it was only a small sum (a few hundred euros), but a lot of legal work: Eurowings repeatedly made inaccurate claims in new pleadings, which required appropriate responses. Nevertheless, the Diekmann law firm not only invested extensive and at the same time competent work, but also only assessed the official fees (and finally won my refund dispute).

This is how one imagines a reliable legal partner.
