Through her, I always found a quick and reliable solution to all the problems that an enterocutaneous fistula produces in everyday life. She was also able to recommend therapies that I hadn't known about before. Conversely, she is interested in everything that is new to her. And above all - even if you tend to despair yourself - she is the one who provides the necessary reassurance. In other words, professionally and personally, she is the person who does me good with this illness. The emCare employees in ordering, logistics, accounting, etc. are always ready to listen and provide good solutions. The only thing that would be desirable is a shortening of the sometimes somewhat longer period between ordering and delivery. All in all - a well-rounded experience so far!
