Since one has to disclose a great deal of financial and personal details during the consultation, a great deal of trust and sympathy is required in order to feel comfortable during the discussions and to willingly accept the external assessment of one's own life. Mr. Runge-Segelhorst came across as having great integrity and was always extremely polite/friendly. Since he has also started to give a public digital lecture series on money, one gets a more comprehensive insight into his background knowledge and attitude towards money and wealth. This additional impression strengthened my confidence and again gave me the feeling that the advice was indeed aimed at my personal well-being.

Max takes the individual and social responsibility of the financial sector seriously. Nothing is '"sold", imposed; Max listens, finds the best solution, and even shares a lot of knowledge in the process, so that in the end you not only walk out with a solid plan for your own future (whether concerning short, medium or long term goals), but also understand far more about the world of insurance and finance than before. In short: '"Ethical" is not just a marketing label here, but a credo.

The contact to Max came at that time via a recommendation from my private environment. Already in the first conversation Max was able to convince me because of his competence, but especially because of his authenticity and transparency. In this day and age, it was particularly important to me to have someone who not only sees me as a paying customer, but who stands by my side like an honest friend when it comes to the countless options in insurance and finance, and whom I can trust completely. I know that Max only recommends products to me that he himself has, would use and stands behind 100 percent. His flexibility means that appointments can easily take place on the weekends, which is a welcome offer for me as a full time working person. He is always available and reliable. I feel very well taken care of with him and look forward to continuing to work with him.

Put my insurance and finances in someone else's hands? I have to say, I was always a bit skeptical about that. But then I got to know Max and his way of explaining these things; he explains financial matters in a way that I would probably never have understood or implemented on my own. For Max, the focus is on me as an individual person and he reliably manages to find the best solution for me time and time again: Whether an insurance policy needs to be taken out again or should be changed, or which savings option makes the most sense for me, etc. Max is always available, and if I don't catch him directly by phone, I can be sure that he will get back to me very promptly. After almost a year, I am still completely convinced that I made the right decision to put my finances and insurance in Max's hands! THANK YOU, Max!
