I forwarded my documents to FocusRecht and they then won me a much higher refund than the insurance company had offered me.
For me, it all went very smoothly and I didn't have any trouble with it myself.
I am glad that I discovered this company. I myself would have been deterred by the effort and hassle of taking action against the insurance companies and claiming my rights.
I would especially like to emphasize the nice correspondence. I felt I was in good hands. Thank you.
