Mr. Siegel was very friendly and understanding. He took my needs, questions, and requirements for nutritional counseling seriously and always tried to help me and show me possibilities. Overall, the counseling was helpful. However, this was mainly due to the app that was used, which I had to operate on my own. I would probably have been well advised with the app alone. Nevertheless, the direct exchange also helped me.

The nutritional consultation served as preoperative preparation.
The content was structured, comprehensible and tailored to my state of health. The recommendations met the requirements of medically supervised pre-operative preparation and were suitable for everyday use. The advice was factual and professional. The price-performance ratio is very good. I would recommend them to others in the context of surgery preparation.

My consultation appointments took place exclusively virtually, which worked very well. I found the preparation for this to be well organized and I felt Stephan's sympathy right from the first appointment. This made it easy for me to talk openly right from the start. Stephan really gave me a lot of tips and explained the background or causes, which I was often not even aware of beforehand. Despite the shared realization that I probably don't have a fructose intolerance, he thought with me about where my symptoms could be coming from and what else I could try. He also recommended a specific specialist for further examination. Which I think is great, as people often expect you to find out the right specialty yourself, which is very difficult as a layperson.
Right to the end, I had the feeling that Stephan was very interested in me managing to alleviate my symptoms on my own and that my health would improve again. For these reasons, I can recommend him 100%!

Mr. Siegel dealt intensively with my problem. He listened very well to how I felt, was able to understand very well what I was dealing with and provided me with empathetic and really helpful tips. He also showed me how to find a way out of my situation. I am very grateful to have had Mr. Siegel as a therapist. We have built up a very good relationship of trust and I have confided things in him that only he knows about my ES. I got lots of tips, learned things about my condition that I didn't even know and felt very well looked after in our sessions. Many thanks for the great support!!!!

I can only recommend Siegel Nutritional Counseling to others. My problems were always taken seriously and I received solution-oriented suggestions on how to improve my situation. Mr. Siegel is a very positive person who encourages you to face your eating disorder with his friendly, professional and direct manner.
He gives tips and suggestions that can be implemented in everyday life without much effort. There is also not too much information, as it is also regularly "repeated" in depth.
Clearly recommended.
If necessary, Mr. Siegel could clarify at the beginning of the therapy whether you would like to have the conversations on a "first name basis" :-)
I personally find this pleasant (but of course everyone can decide for themselves).
