The coaching was a real game changer for me. After a very short time, I was able to sleep at night again even though I had had very severe sleep disorders before. My family also told me that I was generally more relaxed and calmer with the children. My zest for life has been revived and I don't have to face the mountain of having to cope with another day every day. I found the coaching for my own processes to be very valuable, respectful, productive and loving. I felt very well looked after here. I experienced a lot of empowerment and appreciation for issues with the children. Sometimes, however, I lacked a concrete solution to a situation.
Overall, I am super happy and grateful to have taken the time and money for the coaching. Especially for myself.

A training course that not only pushes your own boundaries, but also enables you to make lasting changes to institutions such as daycare centers, schools, daycare centers, etc. and to coach individuals into their own personal happiness. Highly recommended ❤️

Time for something to change. I no longer wanted to wait for something to change on its own, I wanted to make it happen myself, to move. I learned to listen and look carefully. Not only with my children, but especially with myself. I knew I just needed a push to get going. I am so grateful for this experience here and for everything I have been given along the way. My toolbox is colorful on the outside and filled with valuable tools on the inside. And I was able to be accompanied for 4 months by really great women and realize how strong I am as a mom. I'm sure I'll still stumble and fall from time to time, but I now have a really good walking stick that makes getting up much quicker and my gait more stable.

The GFL training - like the mentoring before it - was the best decision I could have made. In addition to a lot of knowledge about the needs of children and the development of child behavior, I was not only able to get to know many coaching tools, but also put them into practice in many practice sessions. Thanks to this, the great group and Juli's personal support, I feel confident and empowered - both personally and for my new role! It was so much fun!

The mentoring was good and I learned a lot and did many things differently. The alumni group that was set up is still a good place to exchange ideas. But what I can't recommend at all and what really shocked me was that access to the platform with all the documents was suddenly deleted. When I started, I was told that access would remain available. I am doing several courses in different areas and ALL the others are against lifelong access. Especially as a working mom, I don't have the time to work on everything right away or want to access it later. An info before closing would have made a difference, then I could have downloaded materials. As it is, I have the experience and what I've learned, but no further material. And I think the price is too high for that. It's a shame, because in retrospect it leaves a bitter taste.

I'm sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with the sudden deletion of access to the platform and the documents. I can understand how frustrating that must be, especially if you were counting on having lifelong access to the course materials.

I absolutely understand your need for flexibility and the ability to re-consult course materials at a later date. A clear communication process and the ability to download materials before final deletion would certainly have been helpful.

Occasional technical problems but these were compensated for very generously.
Very concrete, individual and goal-oriented support from all employees. We were able to integrate many tips into our everyday lives and have gained more ease and peace of mind as a result. It was a very intensive time, both mentally and in terms of time.

Mentoring was the best investment in my development as a mom and as a woman.
Today, after 6 months of an active mentoring journey, I can proudly say that I am more mindful, more self-confident and more empowered as I go through life.

What I liked most was the exchange with the many strong women in the mentoring room. This appreciative space creates connection, joy and lightness and I am grateful for the many questions and impulses that I was able to take away with me.
I recommend mentoring to anyone who wants to make a change - above all to feel confident and self-assured again. Because when I feel secure, then I can lead and hold my children.

The mentoring does exactly what it promises - it provides more ease and serenity in everyday life with the children. Juli and her team can be recommended without reservation.
During the coaching, you also learn a lot about yourself, for example, how to perceive your own needs again. Laundry has no needs, but I as a mom have the need for a break. And that is important!
For us it is just wonderful that all feelings are important and right. You read that yes, but after mentoring you feel that too and can accompany anger lovingly.
I was rather skeptical about group coaching, but it was the BEST thing that could have happened to me. Never before have I experienced such appreciative interaction in a group. That is so wonderful.

I actually brought 1 year until I booked the mentoring and can only say- don't hesitate so long! Mentoring is worth every penny and has made our lives pricelessly easier and more beautiful!

I thank Juli and her great team for the wonderful trip. It was an insanely valuable time that brought me and my child closer again. Never would I have thought that you can change so much in 12 weeks. The cohesion in the group with other participants is incredible!!! I have found myself in so many topics. Knowing that others are "feeling the same way" makes your own problems so much easier to handle.

Participating in mentoring was such a good decision for my family and me!
Before, I often felt stressed, was quickly irritated in everyday family life and sometimes also unsure of how to deal with the emotional storms of my children. Thanks to Juli and her team, I have become much more relaxed and feel more confident in my role as a mother (again). I can interpret my children's behavior better and have also learned to finally look more at myself and my needs.
Beforehand, I was a little skeptical about whether I would dare to talk about my challenges in everyday family life in front of complete strangers, but this concern was unfounded. There was such an appreciative and trusting atmosphere in the calls and also in the chat group that I was able to open up. At the same time, I was also able to take away a lot through the topics of the other mentees.

I can recommend it to anyone who feels they want to change something and may not know exactly where to start.
Before the mentoring, our everyday life was littered with arguments, screams and despair without a way out. Now I have tools with which I manage to get out of the spirals faster and faster, to recharge my batteries and to live everyday life in a more relaxed way.
I am very happy that I took this step, because it allows me to see more and more what is behind the feelings of my children and me and I finally have the feeling that I arrive at myself.

I would never have thought it possible that within 12 weeks so much good could open up and my old patterns, views could turn around in such a way. Mentoring has given me a different perspective on motherhood, parent-child relationships, parenting and self-care. I am so glad that I dared to take this step: I am able to perceive my children and their needs (differently), to respond to them but also to take myself seriously. I have learned to perceive old thinking patterns and to discard them bit by bit. As a result, I can now better accept what is. Through the encouragement of the team and the exchange with the other mentees, I have learned that I can practice self-compassion when things don't work out. That's great and I'm so incredibly grateful for that!

I started mentoring because I was unhappy with being a mother and a wife. I was already very close to burn out and had lost myself. The topics in the academy, the weekly calls with different focuses, the contact with other women, as well as the 1:1 chat helped me to sort out my inner chaos. I can proudly say that I have achieved this and had wonderful companions along the way. Anyone who wants to find themselves, come back to their power and that in 12 weeks simply register ;-)
