I entered my gym data and automatically received updates on the case. After the case was decided after 7 months in court I got my contributions back and also on a demand was answered promptly. On the weekend, however, no one had responded, but on Monday directly.
I am very satisfied and had neither costs nor stress.
No more feedback. I feel deceived. It was about account management fees. The last time I received feedback was 3 months ago. Since then nothing, nothing at all. We called getright in July 2020 to get the money back for a flight booking from RyanAir. From the beginning, there was hardly any communication from getright about the process. Only upon request information came, but also only to a small extent. Then I heard nothing at all from getright for a very long time (9 months). Although the pause is probably due to the long waiting times at court, unfortunately no information comes from getright, so that the impression arises that the matter is not advanced. We have now waited a year and did not know what is the state of the thing.
There needs to be better and more proactive communication from getright. We were not satisfied with the performance. getright offered us a termination on a goodwill basis, which we accepted.
After 7 months of waiting unsuccessfully for the promised refund from the tour operator, I called Getright, provided the necessary documents and asked for processing. The process was completed to my complete satisfaction, the amount paid minus the 14% commission has now been credited to my account. The communication was goal-oriented, friendly and courteous. Should a problem of a similar nature arise again in the future, I will certainly call in HELLOGETRIGHT again.
Very briefly about my story:
1. flight FRA-Chicago-FRA in June 2020. my flight was not rejected.
2. there is a 2 week COVID quarantine in USA. My congress was rejected and I have only one option: put a week in hotel.
3. lufthansa tells me: "it is not our problem, you have tickets and can fly".
4. i had no chance without getright to get my money back.
The settlement of your invoice for your efforts cost the same amount as your claim with payment slip. Otherwise everything went over very well and successfully. Thank you very much.
