We called getright in July 2020 to get the money back for a flight booking from RyanAir. From the beginning, there was hardly any communication from getright about the process. Only upon request information came, but also only to a small extent. Then I heard nothing at all from getright for a very long time (9 months). Although the pause is probably due to the long waiting times at court, unfortunately no information comes from getright, so that the impression arises that the matter is not advanced. We have now waited a year and did not know what is the state of the thing.
There needs to be better and more proactive communication from getright. We were not satisfied with the performance. getright offered us a termination on a goodwill basis, which we accepted.
