I don't like to give a blanket 5 stars, but I can't avoid a top rating. Anyone who wants to deal with their own resources and unconscious needs and is willing to change their own behavior will be thrilled, as I am.
I clearly notice the change in my everyday life and professionally and benefit more sustainably from resilience training than I would have thought.

They were two wonderful days with a clear and personal goal as a result. Exciting new approaches and a great start for a new, mindful and stress-free path. :-)
I can wholeheartedly recommend the course and would take part again in a heartbeat.

For all participants, individual needs were addressed as much as possible without losing sight of the overall approach and goals.

Clearly structured, flexible for individual needs, goal-oriented as well as pleasantly humorous and undogmatic. My expectations were exceeded.

The interactive structure of the training supports the internalization of the individual learning contents very well. Almost everything can be implemented directly in practice or adapted for oneself.
We are very satisfied and would book the course again at any time and of course recommend it to others.

Resilience Training Part 2
The 2nd part also exceeded my expectations. The holistic seminar, theory and practice in nature had an immediate decelerating effect. This is exactly what I understand by resilience. The exercises can be integrated into everyday life at any time, before meetings or when stress arises.
Mr. Wolf worked very individually, so that everyone could take away the appropriate.

After "Stand like a tree" I participated in the seminar "Let's go". It was the logical continuation for me. I was able to deepen and better understand what I had learned. The ambience of Goldrain Castle, the South Tyrolean landscape and the hikes in the afternoon with mindfulness exercises created a great background. During these hikes we stayed in our topics and could exchange ideas with each other. Gerhard Wolf was always open for questions. Instructions on Qigong techniques now accompany me in everyday life. What I also found especially nice were the evening meditations together.
All in all: very successful seminar with a touch of vacation feeling and great seminar leadership.

Mega. It was the perfect combination of vacation and seminar. You had the time you needed for the content, as well as for yourself and also in the group. The location was a dream, it complemented everything wonderfully, you felt very comfortable. The seminar room, the people on site and the food could not have been better. The seminar leader, Gerhard W., catered to each participant individually, both in the course content and the hikes. These were also phenomenally selected. I had never been hiking before and have discovered the joy of it since Goldrain. It was an unforgettable time in such a wonderful group, I will never forget these moments.

It was a positive, energizing experience for me. But I think that individual coaching would have been a better choice for me.

I took advantage of individual coaching with Gerhard, as I was faced with a very difficult life decision. We were hiking for a day, the coaching took place with various elements (including CRM) along the route. Step by step, it became clear to me where I wanted to go in the future. I can only recommend this kind of coaching. Gerhard coordinated the route with me, the path along the Saalach was beautiful to walk!

The vacation seminar was very inspiring and really fulfilled me. The combination of coaching sessions and hikes in beautiful nature made this vacation seminar an experience. Gerhard has a very authentic way, leads structured through the CRM process and at the same time leaves room for self-knowledge. Through the meditations and Qigong units I arrived even better at myself.
All in all, a really great week - which I can recommend to anyone who wants to get a little closer to their desires and dreams.

In other seminars for stress management, you have to look for a quiet place every day, 2 x for an hour and do the wildest breathing exercises. This is not practical. The method of this seminar works almost always and everywhere and even a few seconds bring something.

The setting in the small group was nice and I also liked the location in the monastery. Gerhard is very authentic and responded very well to each person. The experiences can be well taken into everyday life and implemented.

I work as a consultant in the field of production planning for various customers and was looking for a way to get more serenity in private and professional everyday life despite time pressure and different types of people with whom I am confronted in the context of my work. In the seminar STEHEN WIE EIN BAUM Gerhard was able to give me the decisive impulses to implement this sustainably through his authentic appearance and his methodological competence (CRM in combination with meditation). I attended the seminar "Stand like a tree" from 03.03.23-05.03.23 in the monastery Bernried and it was mega. The course itself is super coordinated from theory and practice. The environment fits perfectly to the topic and you forget everything around you. Everything in all is still rounded off or again really surpassed by the seminar leader Gerhard Wolf. He responds to each individual participant, takes the time and lives the content. And yes, it was the first seminar I attended that delivered what it promised. On Monday you can already see changes and first successes. So if you want to do something good for yourself, I can only recommend Gerhard's seminars.
Afterwards, you don't just stand like a tree, you grow.
