I live on the top floor of an old house and I always have a bit of mold in the wall facing the street. Until recently, I used to remove it myself. However, as this was a nuisance, I hired Schimmeltec. Since the treatment by Schimmeltec, no new mold has appeared. So the price/performance ratio is top.
