It was particularly important for us to receive confirmation that it was a low-floor bus with a ramp, as we were traveling with senior citizens, some of whom are severely restricted in their mobility.
Unfortunately, the bus that was made available to us on the day of the excursion did not meet the agreed conditions. It was a modern coach without a ramp and with very narrow steps, which made boarding extremely difficult for our residents. Some even had to be carried - a situation that we wanted to avoid at all costs and which was stressful for both those affected and the accompanying staff.
To make matters worse, the driver urged us to hurry, as he had another journey planned. In view of the circumstances, however, it was not possible to get on board quickly, which made the situation even more tense.
Fortunately, we were provided with a low-floor bus with a ramp for the return journey. The driver was friendly, patient and provided smooth transportation - for which we would like to express our thanks.
Nevertheless, we would like to ask you to take our request seriously. Delivering on promised services is essential for our planning and, above all, for the well-being of our residents. Please let us know briefly how this error occurred and how you will ensure that promised requirements are reliably implemented in future.
