The children's cards are a wonderful companion in everyday life. The accompanying stories help both my child and I to understand the feelings even better and encourage conversations.
The online workbook also contains great suggestions on how to incorporate the children's cards into everyday life.
Our vocabulary about feelings and needs has developed positively as a result.

The children's cards are really valuable to us and have become a fixed evening ritual. It's amazing the conversations they spark - our children suddenly talk about things that would otherwise get lost in everyday life. And we adults also realize how good it is to talk about feelings and needs. It creates so much connection and closeness, which is simply wonderful. The stories are beautifully made, the cards are lovingly designed and get us talking every time. Simply a great set that we really love and heartily recommend. Great product

The cards are wonderful. The material is great, the size is ideal. Each card gives you information about feelings or needs. There are examples that help you to get a more concrete picture and better categorize your own situations. Concrete sentences help to be able to apply the whole thing in situations. I also like the negative examples, as they often occur unintentionally and unseen in everyday life and are now more present. Great design, great summary. I can only recommend it!

I tried out the children's cards Discover feelings with my 6-year-old daughter and I'm really impressed. She finally understands better what is going on inside her. The little stories are child-friendly, fun and stimulate great conversations. I was particularly touched when she said of her own accord after one story: "I feel like that sometimes too." That was a real door opener for us. We also picked up the Discover Needs set and draw a card from it every now and then. This also gives us both a lot of pleasure and I really enjoy these moments of reading aloud together. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants to have a playful conversation with their children about feelings and needs.

The conflict resolution parenting cards have helped me a lot. Since then, my mood has been much better and my child has had fewer "outbursts". It is very tiring at first until you get the hang of using the tips correctly. I personally found the feelings and needs parenting cards less helpful.
