Due to the short-term takeover of the entire residential complex and our associated apartment, many points can only be rated as good or neutral for the time being.

Fits very well, you just have to deal with the complete structure of the document audit.
Personally, I prefer the document audit to take place on the premises of the AGM. Firstly, people like to see you, secondly, there's a good cup of coffee, and thirdly, if there are any questions, clarification can be provided immediately.
Digital is good and will be the future. But the "personal" unfortunately falls by the wayside.
