I received comprehensive advice from hc consultng - Mr. Halm - about the alternatives to my previous health insurance tariff with Barmenia - and now Gothaer. I then discussed with him the various alternatives in conjunction with the restrictions imposed by external circumstances, so that I was able to make a well-informed choice for the new tariff.
Most of the time since I first contacted hc consulting was lost because Barmenia/Gothaer Versicherung did not respond to inquiries, sometimes for several weeks. From the reply from Barmenia/Gothaer to a conversation with hc consulting usually only took one or two days, sometimes only hours.
