Henny worked very hard on an issue that was bothering me. She was very empathetic and asked the necessary questions, and together we were able to solve the problem. There were also noticeable positive effects afterwards. I would recommend Henny anytime (and already have). I particularly liked her sensitive approach. I booked a Hypno Breathwork online session with Henny. Her clear, calm guidance and explanations at the beginning helped me to feel safe and well guided. Although I work with hypnosis myself, the process was a different experience through the breathwork. I was able to name my issue, but didn't have to - which can be a beneficial alternative for many people, especially if they don't want to talk about their concerns. All in all, a very professional and pleasant accompaniment that I can wholeheartedly recommend. It did me a lot of good, thank you Henny!

I have used Henny's services several times on different topics.


In particular, I would like to mention the warm and personal atmosphere, I feel comfortable and in good hands.

The last time I was there was on the subject of alcohol, as my drinking behavior has changed for the worse in recent years.
This has already improved and changed considerably through the treatment (1x).

Fears arose in me during Corona times, which also turned into panic. They have manifested themselves in completely different ways, but Henny has already helped me so much in two sessions. Situations came to light that I hadn't thought about at all. We'll find out the rest. I will keep going back to Henny to find my old light-heartedness.

I can really recommend a treatment with Ms. Kern-Schuh. I went to see her to get my fear of flying under control. By asking her specific questions, we were able to get to the bottom of my fears and treat them. We also worked on my panic of having to sit in the car as a passenger. Immediately after the first treatment, driving as a passenger was more relaxed. It got better and better over the following days. Now, riding in the car is no longer a problem. I am infinitely grateful and look forward to the next session.

I suffered severely from fear of flying after a very turbulent flight, so that even the thought of getting on a plane caused me panic. Henriette helped me to get this fear under control with the help of the Wing-Wave method. I felt very well taken care of and can only recommend anyone to go to her. I still don't like to fly, but at least I don't panic. In addition, Henriette showed me what I can do if I get scared again in the plane. That helps me a lot in turbulence.

The methods used by Henny (Wing Wave and various other methods) have had a very good effect on me in the area of emotional stress, e.g. in the case of lovesickness and at work. My stress was significantly reduced and with a lasting effect. Absolutely and unreservedly recommendable.
