Thank you for your open words and for your path, which you describe so consciously.

The multi-giftedness congress often opens precisely these doors, first outwards, then inwards. If you recognize yourself and your family more clearly and can classify your own neurodivergence in a more differentiated way, then self-acceptance comes from recognition, not from labels.

This "I am many" is not a concept, but an experience. And if you run your business based on this, it will automatically become more coherent, truthful and powerful.

Hello, dear Chantal,

Thank you very much for your open feedback. Different perceptions are part of lively events.

In our view, a workshop with around 350 participants requires a minimum level of commitment and mutual mindfulness. It's about a respectful framework for everyone. I don't like to address individuals directly. At the same time, I think it goes without saying that certain things should be clearly stated. When people pick their noses, eat or even go to the loo with the camera on, it doesn't just affect them, but the entire room. We have experienced situations like this.

The waiting room is technically not a protected space, and above all it is not helpful to communicate in it if what needs to be communicated concerns the active participants in the ongoing webinar. That is why it is important for us to provide information when everyone is present. Anything else would not reach many people.

As far as the camera is concerned, we are always happy to see faces, because a connection is created when we see each other. At the same time, there are situations in which it makes sense to consciously switch off the camera. Eating is a sensitive topic for many neurodivergent people. Watching or listening to others eat can cause stress. We also take this into account.

Our goal is not pressure, but a clear, respectful framework in which as many people as possible can move around safely and with concentration. This is exactly what we take responsibility for.

The question of innate high sensitivity and trauma-related imprints touches on a central point. Yes, early traumatization can lead to similar manifestations as constitutional high sensitivity. Increased alertness, fine perception, rapid sensory overload, a sensitive nervous system. From the outside it often appears similar, but internally the dynamics can be different.
At the same time, there are actually many mixed forms. Biography, temperament, bonding experiences and neurobiological factors intertwine. The clear separation into either or rarely does justice to reality. This is exactly where the exciting work of differentiation begins.
I am glad that you would like to delve deeper into this topic. It is a field that requires a lot of mindfulness and precision.
