With Simone, I felt very individually looked after right from the start. She works on the causes and uses regression hypnosis (e.g. working with the inner child). As a result, stressful feelings were able to find their place and my symptoms gradually disappeared. It was particularly helpful that we coordinated the process together and that I was allowed to contact her at any time between sessions. After the last session, there was also a planned final meeting, which gave me the feeling that I was in good hands all round.

When I made the decision to stop smoking, I turned to Simone for help.
After the very first hypnosis session, I felt completely smoke-free and hardly had any cravings. I would never have expected that so quickly!
In the second session, we dissolved the last little remaining thoughts of smoking and strengthened my resolve.
Even when I sit closer to people who smoke, I don't mind. Quite the opposite: it feels really good that I no longer have any desire to smoke - without any inner struggle. I wouldn't have thought that possible before!

I have had a few sessions with Simone and am impressed by how quickly hypnosis makes changes possible. What particularly impressed me: It doesn't work on the external symptoms, but on the underlying feelings. With the right guidance, these feelings can be resolved virtually by themselves - they are given their place and no longer have to appear as symptoms.
I felt very well looked after and am glad that I was able to achieve my goals so quickly. Even though some people say that you have to "believe" in hypnosis, I can say from my own experience that this is not true. Hypnosis works - because it addresses the cause.

I went to Hypnose-Weier because for years I had experienced unpleasant feelings when flying and at high altitudes - sometimes just at the thought of it. I wanted to simply get rid of these emotional reactions.

In the two sessions with Simone, we worked on the causes. Even during the hypnosis, I could feel that something inside me was becoming clearer. But what really surprised me: Just half an hour or so after the session, we drove together to an open observation tower nearby - a real situation that would have put me under a lot of stress in the past. I was able to walk up the steps as normal, enjoy the view and go back down again - without the usual discomfort or typical reactions. It just felt... free.

It was a profound experience for me. I always felt safe, respectfully accompanied and taken seriously by Simone. Her clear, structured and empathic manner helped me a lot to find access to myself and to experience new inner security.

I was completely surprised after the first session with you - I no longer had any desire to smoke. It was as if the issue had simply disappeared. In the second session, we rounded it all off nicely and consolidated it. What I found really exciting: My watch said afterwards that I had been asleep - but in reality I was in deep hypnosis, we talked the whole time and I could remember everything afterwards. So I wasn't "away", but fully present in a very special way. It was a very positive and liberating experience for me. I already felt noticeably lighter, clearer and freer during the hypnosis - and this feeling is still with me today. Thank you, dear Simone, for your empathetic manner and professional guidance! I felt safe and in good hands with you right from the start.

I made an appointment to stop smoking. I was very pleasantly surprised by Simone's friendly manner and also by the hypnosis itself. It really was an experience I wouldn't want to miss and it worked really well for me. Smoking is no longer an issue for me. I can really only recommend everyone to try it out.

Ich habe nach nur 2 Sitzungen gemerkt wie sehr mir Hypnose unter dem Coaching von Simone weiter hilft. Ich habe keine Probleme mehr und fühle mich selbst auch motivierter und selbstbewusster.
Ich fand es gut wie schnell ich einen Termin bekommen habe. Außerdem finde ich es sehr gut, wie Simone mich auf die erste Hypnose Sitzung vorbereitet hat. Also mit Info Material und was mich erwarten könnte. Das hat mir schon im Vorfeld die Angst genommen, etwas machen zu werden was ich nicht kenne.
Deswegen kann ich Simone auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Es ist leicht, Simone zu vertrauen und sich auf ihre Arbeit einzulassen. Ich habe mehrere Sitzungen zu verschiedenen sozialen Situationen gemacht, in denen ich mich in der Vergangenheit nicht wohl gefühlt habe und bin sehr zufrieden, wie sich das im Nachhinein entwickelt hat. Es war ein Versuch nach vielen Problemen und Selbstzweifeln. Simone hat in mir den Menschen wieder hervorgebracht der irgendwie verlorengegangen ist. Ich habe bis jetzt zwei Hypnosesitzungen bei Simone zwecks Rauchentwöhnung gemacht und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Bereits seit der ersten Hypnose habe ich nicht mehr geraucht. Die gängigen Entzugserscheinungen beim Rauchstopp sind auch nicht aufgetreten, weswegen ich die Rauchentwöhnung bei Simone sehr empfehlen kann! Man hat nicht das Gefühl, dass man gegen irgendetwas ankämpfen muss, sondern hat einfach keinen Grund mehr zu rauchen. Obendrein fühlt man sich gelassener, entspannter und einfach freier. Simone macht zudem eine sehr zuverlässige Vor-und Nachbereitung. Sie erklärt genau, was während der Hypnose passiert und erkundigt sich anschließend noch nach dem Gemütszustand (auch über die Sitzung hinaus) und das alles auf sehr emphatische Weise.
Für alle, die den Entschluss gefasst haben mit dem Rauchen aufzuhören und etwas für die eigene Gesundheit und das eigene Wohlbefinden tuen möchten, kann ich die Rauchentwöhnung bei Simone nur empfehlen!

Hypnosis helped me incredibly to finally become smoke-free. Even after the first session, I felt a deep inner peace and no craving for cigarettes. What particularly convinced me was that the hypnosis didn't just target the smoking itself, but also the deeper emotional triggers. I learned how to deal with stress and habits without having to resort to smoking.

The method was easy to integrate into my everyday life and I always felt comfortable and relaxed during the sessions. Since the hypnosis, I have no cravings and feel more balanced overall. What was particularly impressive was that I didn't feel like I had to constantly fight the urge to smoke, the craving was simply gone.this freedom feels fantastic!

I can recommend smoking hypnosis to anyone who is serious about quitting smoking. It has helped me to leave smoking behind not only in the short term but also in the long term, without the feeling of loss. It was a real game changer for me.

I felt very comfortable at every session with Simone, she is an empathetic and open person.

Simone surprised me from the first time she answered the phone, when I was desperately looking for solutions to my personal situations and she kindly offered me an appointment for the next week.

At our first meeting, she found me as a very broken person with troubles that overwhelmed me completely, and I just can say that afterwards my energy level was completely different and it helped me a lot.

My Process with Simone has been a unique experience. I feel that in every part of the sessions I am accompanied, supported and guided by someone who really knows what she is doing.

It has also been wonderful for me to be able to express my emotions, conflicts, traumas, etc. in my native language (Spanish) and to carry out complete processes in English, which I know very well, as well as in German.
As if that wasn't enough, Simone has been so understanding and open about the payment method, offering me several options which really helped me a lot, as well as the bike that she and her husband lent me for almost two months without even asking.

Obviously it's not magic, and each process takes time, however for anyone willing to face the true origin of their problems and find a solution, hypnosis is the recommendation!

I decided to use hypnosis because it is a quick and effective method.

During my initial consultation with Simone, she made a very emphatic and professional impression. No questions were left unanswered and I never felt uncomfortable at any time.

For professional reasons, I was reliant on an online session. But that wasn't a disadvantage for me. Quite the opposite. The familiar surroundings at home had a very positive effect on the desired success. I have noticed significant positive changes in my issues.

A recommendation for anyone looking for competent hypnosis support, no matter where you live.

I went to Simone for smoking cessation and am really impressed with her! Her super relaxed and empathetic manner made it easy for me to relax and get involved in the hypnosis. She explains everything in great detail so that you really know exactly what to expect. After one session I didn't even have the urge to smoke anymore! But the 2nd session helped to deepen everything once again. Simone is very professional and I would definitely recommend her!
