Everyone was super friendly, reliable with the appointments, the agreements, and also with calls and queries. Since you don't often deal with real estate sales yourself, they are very helpful, even with questions after the sale, e.g. about property tax. The whole team manages to create a relaxed atmosphere, which is very helpful during the sale and the patience that is sometimes required.

I have already had the pleasure of getting to know various real estate agents, with rather sobering experiences. Mr. Skiba clearly stands out here. There is no point that I could have imagined better. Be it the communication, the advice, the preparation of the exposé or the number of appointments and bids - really impressive and highly professional. If the real estate agent association was looking for a picture book example, I would suggest you, dear Mr. Skiba, immediately!

After 17 years we sold our vacation home in the Eifel through Immobilien Skiba. Dominik Skiba and his colleagues have a clear approach. The process was well explained beforehand: the customer approach, the clear sales brochure (with beautiful pictures), the presentation on various websites, the negotiation and the transfer. The process to transfer a house is totally different in Germany than in the Netherlands and the fees are higher. It was worth it. We can only say that we are happy to have made this choice. Immobilien Skiba has an eye for detail and process, keeps you informed and consults well. There was excellent contact and communication every time. The sale went smoothly and with an excellent selling price. We have a happy buyer (again, Dutch) and are also happy with a more than expected sales price. In short, a recommendation for buyers and sellers.
