The condition of the property was presented to us in the exposé and during the tour exactly as it actually is. Without covering up or playing down any damage.
Inquiries, e.g. to the chimney sweep on our behalf, were dealt with quickly and easily.
Mr. Skiba was very easy to contact when we had a question.
We felt well looked after by him and his staff throughout the entire purchase process.
Definitely to be recommended!
