For me, this is simply the best, healthiest and most effective weight loss concept in the long term. However, it still requires the willpower of each individual. If it is important to you not to damage your body even more through poor nutrition or incorrect weight loss, this concept is absolutely 100% the right choice. I started Insumed in January and lost a total of 6 kg by the end of February.
Took a break in March and kept the weight off. No yo-yo effect 👍🏼
Now starting Insumed again to get closer to my desired weight.
I was very skeptical at the beginning because I had already started many diets and the yo-yo effect always set in.
I am now very enthusiastic about Insumed and hope that things continue to go well.
