Ms. Zeppezauer was to the point, the conversation very compact and very effective. She grasps the situations very quickly. Her recommendations are understandable and easy to implement. She doesn't beat around the bush, but gets to the point very clearly. Within an hour, she not only gave me help with the current challenge, but also how it could be avoided in the future, if necessary, and also coached me personally.
This hour has brought me significantly further.

SO GREAT!
We invited Iris for a keynote as part of a series of events on the topic of female empowerment. Her keynote was the main supporting element. Her keynote "With all due respect" was a wonderful fit and totally inspired our staff:inside. She did a great job of embedding it in our series and I had several meetings on the same day and the day after, where the keynote was a constant topic. With the right tact, humor, a lot of sympathy and her honest, direct manner, I can only heartily recommend her for a successful event!

We were able to enjoy a one-day event with Iris Zeppezauer as part of the Oberbank Leadership Days of the Upper Austria South Division. Although I already knew the topic "Recognizing and leading behavioral types", Ms. Zeppezauer presented it with such professionalism and freshness that I was able to take away a lot here.
