I am of course happy to respond to your criticisms, even if you have unfortunately written them anonymously. But in your case I would like to go into it a little more intensively. For me as a hairdresser, the age of a customer is not decisive in this case. What is important for a hairdresser here is how long and, above all, how thick the customer's hair is. As you know, your daughter has chest-length hair, which has a high density.

On the point of quality:

Up to that point, when my employee told you the price, not only you, but especially your daughter seemed extremely satisfied. So much for giving my salon only one star for quality.

On the point of price:

After you found out the price from my employee (who is a master hairdresser only mentioned in passing), you were suddenly quite incensed. At this point, you then showed her our price list on your smartphone. Yes, in fact, I have listed on our website quite striking all the prices. Next to the service tinting is, as you also correctly recognized, the addition AB 25€. Can you imagine the reason for this? Correct, it has to do with the fact that some women have short and some longer hair. Here, the price is then composed of the amount of tint used.
In addition, your daughter's hair was not only washed, but the tips were also cut.

Summary:

-Hair wash and cut --> 28€
-Conditioner --> 4€
-Intensive tint by gram of the amount used --> 70€

All this from a trained hairdresser. If your daughter's hair is not worth this to you, you should continue to buy color in the drugstore. Because this is what you did last time. Has not worked out as you imagined, as you have also told my employee.

We always have an open ear for criticism in our salon. In your case, however, no understanding at all.
