The coaching with Mr. Hollmann before starting in a chief physician position helped me immensely to develop a suitable plan for the first days and weeks and thus to enter this new career phase optimally prepared. I found it particularly positive that Mr. Hollmann both specifically addressed my questions and also drew my attention to points that I had not previously considered myself. I can therefore absolutely recommend coaching with Mr. Hollmann before moving into a management position.
