The booking of our trip was hassle-free and everything was explained well. All wishes and questions were immediately addressed and discussed in a nice conversation. Even if after the travel booking are still questions Mr. Kautz always has an open ear to clarify ambiguities immediately or at short notice to the satisfaction of his customers.
Conclusion: We can only recommend the travel agency Kautz 👌👍.

Very high professionalism, especially for air and sea travel. Top knowledge in individual hotel bookings ( last Scandic Crown in Lübeck incl. tour advice Lübeck ).

Since my booked return flight from AIDA to Frankfurt was rebooked I informed me with them in the travel agency.Their employee told me that they had talked nicely with the AIDA hotline but no return flight to Dusseldorf takes place.On the ship I learned from fellow travelers that the same thing happened to them only with a small difference that their travel agency was not so nice with the hotline in contact and thus have received € 100 board credit.In addition, 30min before our plane flew a charter plane from AIDA to Dusseldorf

Unfortunately, you do not evaluate us as a travel agency with your feedback, but only AIDA. For the handling, who with which flier and possibly one or no on-board credit from AIDA receives, is solely at the discretion of the shipping company and not on a "nice" phone call. I have already offered your complaint, which you can send me in writing, to the responsible employee at AIDA to create clarity for you.
