I would have taken a lot of time to compare different offers. Here, the complete package from Kopter Profi was the most coherent. I also use the app and am also very satisfied here. What surprised me very positively, was that you have called me personally to inquire whether I am satisfied so far or still have questions. She also pointed out that I can always talk to the CEO directly if the questions were too specific. The conversation was very nice and she also took her time. I am very satisfied so far in any case.
Today I received a very friendly call from an employee of Kopter-Profi.
It was NOT a sales call! The really very nice and competent employee could give me some more tips and hints. By such a call you can be sure that there are "real" people and not only an online system.
So far, I can recommend this company without hesitation. Certainly, it is not necessarily the cheapest provider but you must also always evaluate the performance and service.
Super fast shipping of the insurance documents For me, the International Insurance Certificate ( in English) was a crucial point for the choice of insurance ( for a trip to the U.S. with the DJI Spark ) everything great 👍🏻
