Die Erstellung der Grundsteuererklärung mit LAMA ging sehr schnell und war auch dank der Erklärungen sehr einfach. Beim Einfamilienhaus wurde lediglich der Grundbuchauszug benötigt.

Wenn man den Antrag immer wieder unerledigt vor sich herschiebt, weil man in meinem Alter (fast 70) den in extremen beamtendeutsch erstellten Anträgen weder in Papierform noch beim ELSTER-Antrag folgen kann, ist die Freude groß, dass man LAMA gefunden hat.
In der von LAMA versprochenen kurzen Zeit war die Grundsteuererklärung ruckzuck erledigt!!!!
Warum können das die Finanzämter nicht?????????????????????????????

Mega!! Ich hätte direkt mit Lama arbeiten und nicht erst die komplizierte Papierfassung (das Elster Portal ging schon gleich gar nicht!) ausprobieren sollen! 🙄
Grundsteuer in 10 Minuten fertig, einfache Fragen, herrlich entspannt 😀 Vielen Dank, dass ihr das entwickelt habt 😊😊

Habe erst vergeblich versucht die Grundsteuer mit Elster zu machen. Bin dann durch TAXFIX auf LAMA gekommen und hab sofort begonnen. Einfache, verständliche Fragen. In angemessener Zeit alles ausgefüllt. Um den Rest hat sich LAMA zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit gekümmert. Für diesen Service verlangt LAMA einen angemessenen Preis. Ich kann LAMA nur weiterempfehlen!!!! Danke
