Very comprehensive software solution, rounded off by fantastic customer service, continuous further development. For me, an absolutely indispensable tool for my daily work in practice.

I've been working with the program for more than 2 years now and I'm certainly not using its full capacity.
I haven't needed many features yet, but it's great to know that I can still scale up...
some applications require some practice at the beginning, but with the HelpDesk you quickly get into daily use...
the price/performance ratio is unbeatable for what you get... anytime again and please keep up the good work :-)

Perfect software - no downtime, easy to reach for questions, innovative; like happy after many years with another provider. I have been using Lemniscus since I started my practice 4 years ago. I am still very enthusiastic about this practice tool. An all-in-one at an unbeatable price: invoice GebüH, dunning, online appointment booking, appointment scheduling, income tax, profit and loss statement and digital file, to list the most important ones. Lemniscus has become an essential support for my paperless practice. My patients and I love it.

The best therapy program I know!

The practice software is easy to install and with a little practice also easy to use, especially in the invoicing and financial accounting I have great time savings compared to before. Appointment bookings via online, by myself or via an external practice office are very flexible. I can only recommend LEMNISCUS and would choose the software again and again.

Lemniscus is constantly evolving. I am very satisfied and have been a user for many years.

Since the necessary conversion to 2FA, the time I need for a login has been tripled, the sessions are getting shorter and shorter and I often have to completely rewrite my written text because of a new login. If the sessions are already getting shorter for security reasons, please make sure we don't have double work BECAUSE of this.

Moin, I have been using Lemniscus for years for billing my osteopathy practice. I am an absolute fan of this program. Creating new customers takes no longer than 1 minute! (stopped it once...) and write invoices for existing customers on average 20 seconds!!!!
The support is sensational - 90% of the other companies could take 20 slices from it...
Especially the Apick (CEO - lol) is to be recommended here. Just in 7 minutes he opened up new worlds on my Mack in terms of the electronic cash book which I need for my tax accountants.

Powerful software that greatly simplifies and speeds up the daily routine in my acupuncture practice. Nothing is forgotten. The software runs very stable and is - after initial training - a very great help in everyday life. Absolutely recommendable!

I have been using Lemniscus since 2019 and would not want to exchange it for any other system. It covers everything from scheduling and documentation to billing and leaves little to be desired and grows with the requirements of its users.

It takes a lot of work off my hands. The automated waiting list is mega helpful, the integrated online appointment booking calendar, also the possibility to write invoices with 3 clicks and post them directly, and also that you can post the entire booking DATEV-wise directly without having to spend extra money on accounting every month (and in addition to that to know what you actually really earned when you calculated the expenses). I really regret not knowing about the program much earlier, it would have saved me sooooo much work. And now I have to repost and correct it all because I didn't do a lot of things correctly before. Double work. Oh well.

It's great to be all "under one hat". And the whole thing at a reasonable price.
Unfortunately, it is not necessarily self-explanatory and you have to scurry into it a bit. But what I need, I can do everything - no matter where, the main thing is that www is there. That's fantastic.
And I don't have to worry about DSGVO either.

I have been using LEMNISCUS for a few years now, after looking at different programs before. What excites me: the simple, intuitive handling, billing made easy, automatic confirmations and reminders for patients, the online booking, ....
And there is always something more to come! Whether I'm in the office or at home, I have access when and where I want, even on the road. I can recommend LEMNISCUS without reservation!

If you are an alternative practitioner, Lemniscus is really a tool that takes a lot of work off your hands. Easy to use, many functions (integrated GebüH,..) great support for queries - simply THANKS :) I have already recommended it several times!

After a few years, still enthusiastic about the uncomplicated program. Even if there are problems - everything is taken seriously and a solution is found. The tutorials are super- computer security is not required. Try it out. Once set up it works really great. And there are always new features added. Great and absolutely recommendable.
