Lovingly Coaching

Linna is a wonderful coach and person! I always felt that I was in good hands with her. We were always able to organize the coaching very flexibly. Even when we had agreed on a topic: If something had just happened in my life that was more important, we made it a topic without further ado. In recent weeks, Linna has supported me through radical social and professional changes. I always had the feeling that I could speak freely and that she always had the right help at hand. Over time, I have really noticed how I have grown both personally and professionally and have become more and more in tune with my inner values. I really appreciate her and her coaching!

I got to know Linna as a very special person. We are fellow coaches and met for the first time at the NLP seminar. This resulted in a special friendship in which we also supported each other, e.g. in group trainings or in exchange for 1:1 coaching sessions. The podcast episodes that we recorded together were particularly fun :)

I would like to give my feedback on the Lovingly Forever training course, because it was wonderful!

1. call
This is my absolute favorite topic! The psychography is so fascinating! I can't stop watching people and trying to figure out what type they might be.

After Linna explained psychographics, I googled it because I wanted to learn more about it, but that didn't help at all. She explained everything I read so well that I honestly wouldn't have understood it at all if I hadn't been to the call beforehand.

My relationship with my mom has improved a lot thanks to the model because I now understand her better and know why she is the way she is in some situations.

I can also support my cognitive type friend much better when he gets into stressful situations.

I also find it exciting that each type is much better at accepting different types of compliments.


2. call

This topic is so so so so brilliant! I'd never heard of it before and now I come across relationship games so often in everyday life. It took me a lot of courage to interrupt the first game. After that, I was so proud of myself. I'm really looking forward to Christmas with my big family, because there will definitely be some relationship games to watch!

What I find scary is how often I invite relationship games. That's definitely something I want to improve on.

Linna explains the topics with such ease that you can only love it. It's a lot of fun to attend her courses. It's always funny and never dry or stiff, as you know it from school or other seminars. I think it's great that we always have the opportunity to ask questions and are encouraged to join in.

3. call
When I first heard and read about nvc, I thought it was garbage. I thought the sentences were way too pompous and didn't come across as "real". Linna explained it so incredibly well in this call and showed it with examples that it now makes sense. I love the way she teaches. It's so much fun and you don't even realize how time flies.

My favorite part of the whole call was the topic with the maps. It makes so much sense why people don't understand each other if you don't know that. I don't understand why they don't teach this at school. That way you can resolve conflicts directly.

These questions/sentences are such a game changer! I would be lying if I said they were easy to answer. But with your support in this call, it worked out much better!


Lovingly Forever made me realize how confused I sometimes communicate and then assume that the other person "should" understand me. Fiddlesticks!

There were even one or two situations in which I realized that I was falling back into old patterns and was able to avoid a huge discussion that would have simply been superfluous.

ATTENTION: I don't want to purr or write down clichés here.

I really mean this quite honestly: if you're thinking about taking advantage of a coaching offer from Linna, I can only say: try it out, it's worth it!

It would certainly have taken me much longer on my own, I wouldn't have recognized some things at all or I would have continued to torture myself. In every session, I took away solutions for my issues (on all relationship levels: professional, family, friendship, partnership), which I was able to apply directly, practically and in a self-determined way. I think personal change requires taking time for your own needs and feelings. I do this through regular appointments with Linna. Looking, feeling, questioning, accepting, using insights in everyday life, practicing new behaviors and letting them grow.

And above all, create a sense of lightness with a good dose of HUMOR. We laugh so much in the coaching sessions. Even on days when I didn't feel like working on myself, I always left the online meetings with a smile on my face. And the feeling: I am good the way I am. With all my facets and feelings. My doubts about myself have become much less. Linna always adapted to me and my different coaching needs. I often didn't know myself what I needed at the time, I just noticed that I was experiencing "negative feelings" (sadness, impatience, anger). Then we talked and when I avoided things, Linna had a sense of whether it would be good for me if she pushed me a little, slowed me down or simply mirrored me. She never pushes me to do anything. I always decide what I take or leave. When I was very weak and didn't want to talk, she took the lead and told me about her life using her own example - honestly, vulnerably, genuinely. And this authentic manner simply showed me that I am not alone with my issues.

At the beginning, I wished I could be calmer. Not to throw myself into every project, to exhaust myself to the point of exhaustion. Today, I know and respect my limits much better. And I look at my quirks more kindly. I am confident in my life and know that I have already mastered so many challenges and can therefore be sure that I will continue to do so in the future. That's a really good feeling!

First Things First - This is a typical motto of hers that I found very fitting and adapted straight away. In other words, we worked out what is really important to me personally, what comes first for me, what is urgent (but also needs to be done) and what should be completely let go of or given up. The coaching program was great because we clearly structured what I wanted and set goals for the future, which we then worked out together - this was a very difficult step for me to take alone, so I am very grateful for her coaching & help. We started in one area of life (which connected to so much more later on). When I realized there was more, I extended the coaching for another 6 months. I am very pleased with the progress and happy. After about 6 months of following Linna's Instagram account, I decided to book a 6-week 1:1 coaching session and I don't regret it for a second. Linna creates an incredibly safe space where everything has a place. Nothing is judged or even condemned and she deals with every topic in an incredibly respectful way. After 9 months of working with Linna, I can say that my life has developed in an incredibly positive way.
