As is often the case in life: just when you think you can’t go on, a little ray of hope appears from somewhere.
My ray of hope was Mario!!
I had a major mishap. I sold a client the wrong mutual fund—the very one he absolutely wanted to keep.
Everyone said a reversal wasn’t possible anymore, and I had three sleepless nights. But Mario was able to help—and he did. He listened to everything, calmed me down, acted quickly and competently, and saved the day.

Thanks to Mario, in addition to my own studies, I was able to pass §34f with flying colors at the IHK. If I hadn't received this small recommendation, it would have been much more difficult to go into the exams with confidence and peace of mind.
