Has a high level of competence.
Explains to me as a customer very clearly what and how it works then with all the technical terms etc.
Also did his job correctly from start to finish.

We had an extremely good experience with Mr. Martin Thoma. For financing he gave us the best possible options. He acted more like a family member and proactively suggested us options which saved me a lot of efforts and money. He even went ahead and helped us with suggestions on the broker, the best tenancy practice. He even validated my legal contract and gave me some really good suggestions. I am in a service industry but he has given me a valuable lesson on how to treat your customers well. We are really grateful to him for his excellent service. And would proudly recommend Mr Martin Thoma to everyone. Thanks again Mr Martin! In you we have found a family friend for life.
