Only when something doesn't go as planned do you realize how good a service is. In my case, the shipping service did not deliver the package on time. However, Mediaheld was in constant communication with both the parcel service and me and always kept me up to date. The smartphone for mobile Internet arrived the next day. The device was in very good condition and - as ordered - ready for immediate use. My impression: The service is friendly, customer-oriented and obliging. I can definitely recommend Mediaheld.

I needed a laptop at short notice to quickly fulfill my urgent tasks. The PC was provided the same day. I was also able to extend the rental period without any problems. The friendly team at Mediaheld was also very flexible in terms of arranging times for handing over and returning the laptop. I can only recommend Mediaheld without reservation. It could hardly be easier, faster and cheaper.

Our company had to replace a beamer at short notice. Despite a short notice request and time pressure, very fast and smoothly in the process at a very fair price. This is exactly how we had imagined it. Highly recommended. The consultation was also unique. They took their time for the customer. Great service partner
Many thanks
