Mr. Bauer is a competent and pleasant coach who manages to create an appreciative atmosphere even with difficult topics and to accompany the group through the day with a good mix of methods. He gives important impulses so that the group can move forward together. I would hire Mr. Bauer again at any time!

Michael Bauer was super attuned to our group and was able to address all concerns individually. He radiates a lot of competence and confidence and was able to open our eyes to many things. He inspires us to look at things from a new perspective, which we as a team could use very well. Mr. Bauer strongly responds to the needs of the participants and applies situationally appropriate methods that are very goal-oriented. No dry theory is taught, but the participants are involved in an entertaining and appealing way.

Michael was already supportive and helpful in the clarification of the order. The scheduling was constructive and uncomplicated. Our team experienced a great team event. Michael's theoretical impulses were enlightening, and the experiential exercises allowed us to recognize many unexpected patterns. Conducting the team coaching with Mr. Bauer was an absolute affair of the heart. I have rarely worked with personalities who bring so much initiative, motivation and yet the certain degree of professionalism and the "actual" goal is never left out of sight. I can only fully recommend Michael Bauer! We spent three days at Lake Constance with our entire team for team training. I found the mixture of very helpful and interesting inputs and concrete application in our specific case super!
The three days brought us a lot further and we were very quickly on the same wavelength, which made the work very pleasant.
Since we also wanted to have fun, we spent half a day building rafts. Here, too, everything went great and it was mega fun!

Highly recommended!

I was very satisfied with the training!
I had incredible fun and was able to gain a lot of practical experience - from a trainer and participant perspective. All arising questions taken seriously and suggestions / proposals directly accepted and implemented. Ambiguities were always taken into consideration. I learned a lot about myself and was able to make unique experiences in nature!

With his technical expertise and empathetic manner, Michael Bauer provided an extremely important building block for our inclusive, international work camp. The task was to build a straw-bale adobe house with young people from abroad and German people with disabilities. It was amazing that everything worked out in the end. I am still thrilled.
So thank you very much again and we are already looking forward to another project with Mitch/Michael Bauer.

I got to know Michael (Mitsch) through a seminar that our company (management consultancy in the automotive industry, P3) booked for us for the personal development of our employees. We spent three very enriching days with a team at the beautiful Lake Constance and were able to learn a lot about each other, as well as about ourselves. Mitsch selected great methods for this and lovingly prepared the three days. The teamwork changed fundamentally and sustainably for the better. The location was also brilliant: in the middle of nature and directly on the lake shore! A highlight was definitely the visit to the climbing park, where we learned to secure each other and also had to jump over our own shadows a little. Highly recommended!
