I was very fortunate to be able to complete a coaching course with Michael and can only warmly recommend working with him.

The time I spent with him was characterized by a deep sense of trust right from the start. Michael creates an atmosphere in which you can completely open up and get involved in the work.

The coaching was a remarkable, enriching experience for me. Michael always managed to get me into a deep reflection mode within a few minutes. I was able to block out the "noise from the outside" and come back to myself - a state that was incredibly good for me. This resulted in some real "wow moments" that helped me to understand myself better and gain new perspectives.

Through the coaching, I gained clarity about my core values and realized how I can use my strengths in a targeted and meaningful way. These insights have a lasting effect - even in the evening, I was often still thinking about the conversations and impulses.

It was an intensive and inspiring journey to myself. I am grateful to have had this experience through coaching.

Die Durchführung des Coachings in den Räumlichkeiten von Michael vor Ort war eine sehr gute Entscheidung. Den Kopf frei zu bekommen und störende Außeneinflüsse zu beseitigen ist eine wichtige Voraussetzung für eine erfolgreiche Beratung. Zunächst war ich sehr skeptisch insbesondere bzgl. der Methodik der Persönlichkeitsanalyse. Michael hat es aber im ersten Gespräch geschafft, eine sehr vertrauensvolle Atmosphäre zu schaffen, so dass ich mich auf diese Erfahrung eingelassen habe. Im anschließenden Reflektionsgespräch wurde die Basis für eine noch vertrauensvollere und sehr intensive Zusammenarbeit gelegt. Ich bin froh, dass ich mich für die Durchführung der Persönlichkeitsanalyse sowie das anschließende Coaching entschieden habe und wurde nach dem Ersteindruck nicht enttäuscht. Ich habe schon alleine durch die Persönlichkeitsanalyse und das Reflektionsgespräch viel über mich gelernt und dank Michaels sehr professioneller Unterstützung konkrete Handlungsbedarfe für mich ableiten können. Ich freue mich auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit.

Sehr faszinierend, wie treffend das Ergebnis der Persönlichkeitsanslyse (VIQ) mich charakterisiert hat. Aus dem anschließenden Auswertungsgespräch mit Michael habe ich sehr viel mitgenommen – eine wertschätzende, konstruktive und angenehme Atmosphäre, in der ich auch blinde Flecken erkennen und beginnen konnte, sie zu reflektieren. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen, der tiefer verstehen möchte, was ihn antreibt und sein Potenzial besser ausschöpfen möchte.

Ich durfte am ViQ Visual Questionnaire Test teilnehmen. Das Ergebnis ist unglaublich. Man erkennt sich im Ergebnis wieder. Bei mir kann ich sagen, dass der Test zu 100 % ich bin. Die Auswertung der Stärken und Schwächen, was motiviert mich, was demotiviert mich, positives und negatives Konfliktverhalten sowie Ergebnisse, wie ich mich weiterentwickeln kann, bekommt man direkt nach dem Test. Zum Schluss gab es noch ein Auswertungsgespräch mit Michael. Dieses Gespräch war wie mit dem besten Freund, einfühlsam, zielorientiert, verständnisvoll, freundlich. Ich kann Michael mit 10 Sternen wärmstens empfehlen. DANKE Michael

Das Coaching war sehr hilfreich, da ich nun besser über meine Stärken und Schwächen Bescheid weiß und die Berufe kenne, die zu mir passen könnten.
Ich weiß jetzt in welche Berufliche Richtung ich gehen möchte/sollte.
Das Ergebnis des ViQ-Test wurde nochmal ausführlich erklärt und besprochen, sodass ich dieses noch besser verstehen konnte.

Michael ist offen und herzlich und gleichzeitig professionell. Ich habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt, was es mir sehr leicht gemacht hat, auch schwierigen Themen anzusprechen. Konkret habe ich den ViQ Test über ihn gemacht inkl einer 2h Analyse. Ich kann sowohl den Test als auch Michaels Umgang damit sehr empfehlen. Ich versuche schon seit einiger Zeit, mich tiefer mit mir selbst auseinanderzusetzen und habe schon Erfahrungen mit Persönlichkeitstest und -analysen gemacht. Trotzdem habe ich aus der Session mit Michael noch mal viel mitgenommen und kann ihn uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Tolle Erfahrung! Meine persönliche Weiterentwicklung ging noch nie so schnell wie mit dem Coaching von Michael. Valuable rating! As part of my own - still ongoing - coaching training at the Swiss Coaching Academy, I met with Michael for a two-day intensive coaching session on the recommendation of Sinn & Werte Manufaktur (thanks to Marc-Dino Krause). It was less about me as a coachee and more about my role as a future coach and how I can apply the St.Gallen Coaching Model in practice from the very first session. The collaboration was very cordial and trustworthy right from the start. Michael adapted to me with all his know-how, experience, empathy and patience. Goals were derived based on my expectations, which were then implemented in a focused but also flexible manner when new, important points arose for me. Michael knows what he is doing and can adapt very well to your needs. I always felt that I was in good hands, well advised and respected - I definitely come away from the exchange understood, strengthened and, above all, clearer. What I have learned is already being applied in a sustainable way. If I had to summarize in one word what the most valuable thing I took away from the meeting is, it is definitely clarity. I can recommend Michael as a coach and consultant without reservation and thank him very much.

I got to know Michael as a very likeable person who guided me through the reflection in a very respectful and professional manner, online without any fear of contact. His very pleasant and competent manner made me feel very comfortable and I took away some thoughts that will certainly stay with me.
The personality analysis once again had a WOW effect on me, even though I have been working on the subject for years, and it was once again impressive how spot on the results were.
