We’ve been booking hotel rooms for our employees and customers through MIKO for many years, and Ms. Veronika Hohmann always provides us with excellent service.
Ms. Hohmann responds to our requests and requirements very reliably and always tries to provide us with several suitable options. Everything also runs quickly, smoothly, and flawlessly when it comes to processing payments or issuing refunds.
We are very satisfied with MIKO’s service and, in particular, with the support provided by Ms. Hohmann, and we will, of course, make our next hotel reservations through MIKO as well.

The team provided us with active support in managing participants (employee inquiries, email mailings, hotel room allocation management).
Employee inquiries were answered promptly and professionally. They handled related tasks independently after a brief briefing. It couldn’t have been any less stressful for me. What a huge help! The room block management was handled with the utmost professionalism. Here, too, you can really tell they’re specialists with years of experience.
As for me: I’d definitely use them again!
