Mona Glock - Workplace health promotion, nutrition
Within the workplace health promotion, employees are motivated and supported in the nutrition module through health days, workshops, seminars or lectures to live a diet that supports health, especially in everyday working life.
In addition, there is the ZPP course "Mindful Eating - With mindful eating to more well-being in your own body" by Mona Glock.
Mona Glock is certified as a qualified diet and nutrition consultant VFED.
Food & Mind Program
The Food & Mind Program supports you on the way to your feel-good body. You will achieve new strength both mentally and in your nutrition. The program is divided into six modules:
MODULE 1, Potential Development and Motivation
MODULE 2, Positive and Strong Mind
MODULE 3, Relaxation Techniques
MODULE 4, Mindful Eating and Drinking
MODULE 5, Eating with little time
MODULE 6, Free from Emotional Eating
