Everything has been very easy from the beginning with MW Expat Solutions. The customer service has been very fast and very friendly with everything from start to finish.
Klaus helped me with my car insurance and gave me all the details about it taking into account my preferences. I was paying too much on my previous car insurance and he helped me to find better value for money alternatives, without having to deal with the insurers and the language barrier.

I came to Germany to take a masters degree not knowing about the conditions for applying for private health insurance and residence permit requirements. I struggled a lot in finding a health insurance provider to fulfill the requirements of the residence permit office. While searching online I came across MW Expat Solution Services GmbH. From the first day I contacted them online, they called back, emailed me and got me in touch with one of their officers, Ms. Katharina Spaet. Ms. Katharina is a true professional, not only was she able to recommend the perfect insurance provider, but also guide and help me throughout the entire process. I was not only contacted by E Mail, but also called and for my convenience scheduled a video call with a representative of the company, who speaks in a language convenient for me.
This is Ms. Katerina Speth.
A true professional in her field, who knows about all the problems of arriving in Germany, down to the last detail.
I received excellent advice not only in the field of insurance, but also on many other issues.

I worked with MW Expat Solution Services GmBH to get my wife and I a private health insurance and also sign up for private pension insurance. The services were offered in English completely. For the health insurance part, my advisor was very thorough in understanding my needs and recommended quite a few options. She also was able to zero down on the best proposal for me, given my dynamic needs. Most importantly, she helped maneuver a difficult public to private insurance transition for my wife which could have costed me thousands of zeros had it not been handled on time.

For my private pension insurance, the advisor spent 1.5 hours explaining in detail the insurance system of Germany, and offered a tailormade proposal suited to my needs. He was prompt in follow-ups and in accommodating my needs.

I would highly recommend them to nay expat in Germany who's trying to find what suits him/her best. They will not just save you thousands of Euros every year, but also make sure that your money is well spent on the right products out there.

Right from filling up my details online, receiving a prompt call to book an appointment for detailed discussions of my needs to finally having a zoom call to talk to an advisor face to face was quick efficient, and re-assuring. I had the privilege to talk to Adriana Gonzalez, who was nothing short of brilliant. She was extremely composed, utterly professional, and very helpful. When it comes to taking out health insurance, most people opt for the easiest route: a quick Google search and then practically a random pick, although it sounds fast and fun you might always end up at a lose edge with multiple questions circling around you. I was at this point. it was such a coincidence I logged in to MW expat solutions, to see the wonderful ratings the company has received. Within hours of my submission, I received a call followed up by an online meeting. the service was remarkable. Ms. Anja, who assisted me throughout the process, was warm and willing to guide me in every step. submitting an application for insurance in Germany couldn't have been better. I would give 12 stars out of 10 for the excellent service.
