Personal requirements are taken into account and due to the good mix of participants and the pleasant group size, participation in the seminar is an enrichment for everyone for the future challenges that will be placed on entrepreneurs and/or HR managers.

The seminars and project support are sensational.
Even if you don't start a project right away because there are many ambiguities in the company, NPG supports the process unobtrusively, patiently and professionally.
The presenters, the staff and contact persons are absolute professionals in what they do. Therefore, the audience is also very top-class and one can make very good contacts.
Points are deducted only because the event rooms take place in a centuries-old estate just outside Salzburg and therefore the public transport does not go there very often and it is not completely barrier-free. But NPG can't help that. They compensate for this with creative ideas and their inexhaustible commitment to every participant/customer (or interested party). The rest is done by the environment, which is incredibly inspiring.

I particularly enjoyed meeting people from the most diverse areas of the economy (and society and region!) and lifting and developing our potentials together! A wonderful enrichment and an exchange that I remember with pleasure! Will have again soon!
