I am very satisfied with the service provided by Öffentliche Oldenburg—Simon Rebitzer. The advice is comprehensive and easy to understand. My policies were tailored exactly to my needs. Even when I needed to cancel an insurance policy early, they were very accommodating and made it possible, for which I am very grateful. You really couldn’t ask for better service, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this agency.

The advice is always personalized and customer-focused. All the employees I met were very friendly. In addition to insurance, we were also offered a free informational session on investing. The claims settlement process went smoothly and was handled promptly.

After I reported the damage, the process of replacing my car’s windshield went smoothly. However, the repair shop responsible for the repair subsequently reported an incorrect odometer reading. The team at Öffentliche—specifically Simon Rebitzer—provided excellent technical support throughout the process of correcting the mileage after I adjusted my annual mileage. I was always able to reach someone by phone right away. The issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction.

I had a very personal, tailored consultation regarding home insurance in a very open, friendly, and pleasant atmosphere. At no point was I pressured into accepting contract terms; instead, I received expert advice. Various insurance options were presented to me in detail, and I was subsequently provided with a quote tailored precisely to my needs. I can recommend the services of the Öffentliche Oldenburg branch, Simon Rebitzer,
with a clear conscience.

Great information event that explained the topic of assets and pensions in a good and simple way. No beating around the bush, but open, informative, honest - also with regard to the motivation for the event. My other experiences with the agency were also positive: open, honest, cordial, helpful, good advice.
