We needed to do a move in a short amount of time here in Cologne. We reached out to OK Umzüge and they contacted us back quickly. Stoyan was very proactive and answered all of our questions. We were able to arrange a date for the move and the price was very reasonable. Throughout the entire process there was excellent communication back and forth through Whatsapp. The day of the move was great. They arrived on time and the move took less time than I thought. OK Umzüge have already completed my move within Cologne to my utmost satisfaction 🙂 . Now, six weeks later, they helped me a lot by finishing my kitchen. A kitchen unit still had to be assembled, for which a cupboard had to be picked up beforehand. Super! Careful, professional and friendly. To top it off, they disposed of all the garbage and leftovers. Great service. And friendly the whole time. I have never moved so pleasantly.

A move was on the cards. Nothing special, but it needed to be done professionally and with as few unpleasant surprises as possible. That's why we approached various providers. Most of them only wanted photos via a portal in order to calculate the cost of the service. This was not the case with OK Umzüge Köln, where Petar Yankov arranged a viewing appointment and then took his time to record the necessary work and discuss the various options for its implementation.
He then drew up an offer at a fixed price with these services. It was particularly good that he emphasized the importance of setting up a no-stopping zone in front of the house. This was included in the quote.

Yes, there were cheaper providers, but they didn't want to agree a fixed price. So the brothers Petar and Stoyan Yankov were chosen.
Everything went completely smoothly. An appointment was made for the delivery of the crates and boxes. The no-stopping zone was set up on time, the day of the move and the collection of the boxes and cartons.

Questions were always answered quickly by OK Umzüge Köln via email, with patience, understanding and clear information. Due to professional circumstances, it was essential that deadlines were met. The move itself went like clockwork and of course on time. The guys simply know what they are doing and are incredibly calm, friendly and prudent. As expected, packing took a little longer than unloading. But everything was done calmly and in such a way that you really feel you are in good hands with OK Umzüge. The assembly work was also carried out quickly and professionally, so that all that was left to do was unpack. The invoice was even lower than the quote and arrived by email a few days after the move.

I am very satisfied with everything from the request for a cost estimate to agreements on (changed) requirements and additional services after placing the order to the execution of all requested services for the move (dismantling, packing/protection - transportation - unloading, assembly of kitchen and cupboards). The move with furniture elevator (very helpful!!!) was clearly structured, carried out quickly and very competently, prudently and carefully by the OK team - and in a friendly, relaxed moving atmosphere.
