The personal advice from Mr. Bernd Halbig of HH Rendite-Immobilien was extremely friendly, helpful, personal and individual from the first telephone conversation. Together we found the right property for me, according to my demands and wishes. Mr. Halbig personally took care of all things related to the purchase of the property and helped me to fill out documents when I needed help. At the end he even accompanied me to the notary and rounded off the purchase with a dinner together. From beginning to end competent advice, can be recommended at any time.

Very good service. Would not have thought that investing in a property with 1,900 euros net income per month is possible.
The best thing about it, I don't have to worry about anything.
With the all-round carefree package from HH Rendite Immobilien, all worries are covered, such as finding tenants, management, maintenance and much more.
