We were very satisfied with the move of our piano from the first to the second floor. From the very beginning, the staff was very friendly and reliable, and they responded quickly to our request. Only three days passed between our initial contact and the actual move—we were very impressed by that. The staff worked with great focus and professionalism. They handled the difficult staircase with flying colors. Overall, a thoroughly positive experience—we’d definitely use them again!

A very professional, friendly, and relaxed experience during the piano move.
Since we’re not big fans of doing everything digitally, it was a bit of a hassle to accept the order online. For analog people like us (after all, pianos are mostly mechanical, not digital), a confirmation by phone would have been more convenient.
