The friendly atmosphere at the local (Kleve) Pohland store was particularly outstanding. Both customer service and friendliness are written large here. I have already been to numerous opticians where the price/performance was not right, or you were only poorly looked after. With the Pohlandte team in Kleve, I feel well accommodated and extremely comfortable.
