Bereits nach wenigen Sitzungen bemerkt man die gewünschten vorher besprochenen Ziele. Die Wirkung der Hypnose benötigt einige Tage oder sogar Wochen bis es zu merklichen Fortschritten kommt, aber dafür halten diese auch nach längerer Behandlungspause an.
