Unfortunately, 15 of the 162 pieces ordered had bent edges (calendar header). These were packed on their sides in the box and were damaged as a result. Otherwise, the services provided meet our requirements 99.9%.

Thank you very much for your review. It’s a shame you didn’t let us know about the damage right after you received the delivery. We would have liked to investigate the matter immediately and determine a possible cause. We have since contacted you directly regarding this.

I’m particularly satisfied with our account manager, Mr. Niklas Felchner. He’s been working with us for several years—he sends us the first quote in the spring, patiently follows up by phone in the summer, and almost every year receives the photo at the last minute. All I have to say is, “The rest as usual,” and everything falls into place. That’s why I have absolutely no intention of looking for another provider—because of Mr. Felchner and because everything works so well! Thank you very much! See you next year. Peggy Juhr

The employee in charge is friendly and thoughtful. At the start of each year, I receive a reminder about the next calendar promotion and a follow-up offer. This gives me peace of mind for the rest of the year, and I can be confident that everything will work out. Delivery takes place during the agreed-upon calendar week.
What more could you ask for?

Despite extensive graphic design changes, our 2027 4-month calendar turned out perfectly once again without any issues, and the agreed-upon delivery date was met—as it has been every year for the past 30 years.
