Mr. Mecozzi helped us through a truly difficult financing situation. After being turned down by another bank and our own bank—which showed no real interest in restructuring our loan and was more interested in letting the matter run its course—he quickly assessed the situation and arranged a suitable solution with favorable terms. He was always available—he even responded while on vacation—and was flexible in accommodating our requests regarding the fixed-rate period and extra payments. Direct, honest, and competent—he made all the difference in our seemingly hopeless situation. We can wholeheartedly recommend him!
