The placements for several apartments were successful. The last placement in particular led to a tenancy agreement at the first appointment, as the landlord's wishes were taken into account in advance thanks to the excellent support and communication.

Mr. Ralf Richter rented out my 3-room apartment and had already worked for me before.
I was very satisfied with his work in every respect - informative exposé, professional rental contract negotiations, perfect property handover meeting, etc.
He always acted very professionally and competently and the cooperation was very trusting.

Mr. Richter impresses with his in-depth knowledge of the market, which he presents in an unobtrusive and competent manner. He underpins his proposals with comprehensible facts and assessments and presents an extremely realistic overall picture. He does not know whitewashing and delaying tactics. His respectful manner towards all parties involved in the contract leads to unbiased, positive discussions. It was and is a very pleasant and trusting collaboration.
I have even recommended Mr. Richter to others.
