Mr. Köncke is an old-school professional.
We had a very interesting phone call today.
He not only responded to my email inquiry, but also reflected on other industry-specific risks in a way that I had never experienced before.
This was a combination of absolute professionalism in technical matters, extensive experience and his passion to help.
It is also worth mentioning that he advises against pointless insurance policies that cause unnecessary costs.
Mr. Köncke anticipates legal and business processes that may not be immediately apparent for his clients from the outset.
I really appreciate it when any questions are answered during a consultation. That builds trust!
And yes, of course I recommend Mr. Köncke to anyone who is seriously interested, because his advice is comprehensive and clearly formulated.

Mr. Köncke advised me excellently on my insurance concerns and gave me many valuable tips. Unfortunately, as a solo self-employed business consultant, I am too small for the customer concept of Robert Schüler Versicherungsmakler, which was also explained to me very transparently. Nevertheless, Mr. Köncke took the time to give me detailed further recommendations in order to find an insurance broker suitable for my company size. As a medium-sized company with around 30 employees, we are currently looking for a new broker for all our insurance policies. The colleagues at Robert Schüler provided us with very competent, transparent and open advice, reviewed our current insurance policies, analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of the policies and made recommendations.
Unfortunately, we are still trapped in our current contracts for another three years, but we will certainly switch to Robert Schüler after that and are already looking forward to receiving serious, fair and friendly advice on an equal footing!
