Ich habe Sascha als eine unglaublich motivierte und inspirierende Person kennengelernt, da er sein Umfeld stets dazu anregt, sich weiterzuentwickeln und das Maximum aus sich herauszuholen. Er verfügt über tiefgreifendes theoretisches Wissen und weitreichende praktische Erfahrungen und setzt diese gezielt ein, um Themenbereiche wie Agilität und Persönlichkeitsentwicklung voranzutreiben. Ich hatte das Vergnügen mit Sascha Oehlbrecht zusammenzuarbeiten und freue mich schon auf weitere Projekte mit ihm. Er ist ein erstklassiger Trainer, der weiß was er tut. Die Art, wie er Wissen vermittelt fühlt sich so leicht an, dass man während der Trainings vollkommen vergisst, dass man gerade lernt. Die Methoden die er auswählt sind innovativ, machen Spaß und unterstützen einen nachhaltigen Transfer in die tägliche Arbeit.

Im Rahmen eines 9-monatigen agilen Projektes stand uns Sascha als Srum Master zur Verfügung.

Überzeugt haben uns dabei neben sehr ausgeprägten methodischen Kenntnissen seine emphatische Vorgehensweise sowie stets das ‚Große Ganze als auch jeden einzelnen Projektmitarbeiter im Blick zu haben und mitzunehmen.
Es hat Spaß gemacht mit ihm zu arbeiten und der Projekterfolg kam quasi „nebenher“.
Gerne jederzeit wieder !
