The financing consultation for the purchase of our condominium in Perl was really very pleasant and trusting for us. From the very first contact, the team was always easy to reach, friendly and absolutely on an equal footing. There was no arrogance whatsoever, just genuine interest and calm, understandable advice.

We felt that we were in good hands at all times. All questions were taken seriously, explained clearly and answered in detail. We never had the feeling that we were being "processed", but that we were really being accompanied.

A very human, competent and reliable consultation that we can recommend with full conviction.

Super friendly support, everything was explained very clearly - even for someone who usually finds the subject of financing rather dry.

I recently took advantage of real estate financing through "Schöner Wohnen" in cooperation with Sparkasse Trier and can only warmly recommend the whole experience!

From start to finish, the team at Schöner Wohnen were extremely professional and helpful. The advice was competent and tailored to my individual needs. I was fully informed of all the options available and was shown various scenarios which enabled me to make the best decision for my financial situation.

I particularly appreciated the transparent communication, there were no hidden costs or unexpected surprises. Every step of the process was clearly explained and I always felt well looked after.

The turnaround time was quick and I was able to realize my dream of owning my own property much sooner than I thought. The team took a personal interest in me and I felt supported at every stage of the process.

Absolute honesty.
It was our second time there and we were very satisfied again. In our case, we were even advised not to take out a renovation loan because the bank's conditions were so bad that it was only to our disadvantage.
The customer and their well-being come first and not the turnover, as is usually the case with most banks.
