Unfortunately, we can't always be reached directly by phone when we are focused on working for our customers, advising them, calculating and planning or even taking a break. Then we don't want to be interrupted, also out of respect for other customers.

In most cases, however, we get back to you after a maximum of 4-6 hours on weekdays, regardless of whether contact was made by phone or via whatsapp / email. It is then important to state clear questions or your wishes as well as the contact person with the telephone reception staff in order to avoid delays or double processing.

Thank you for your honest opinion, I much prefer that to customers who conceal their dissatisfaction, never come back and spread negative propaganda... We don't want massively disappointed or exploited customers, but enthusiastic ones who, like many others, become loyal customers over decades.

The comments about mediocre quality have already been directly questioned in Provenexpert, but there was never any feedback on their statement.
What exactly is "mediocre" about the quality? If there really are demonstrable concrete deficiencies and reasons, it would be very important for us to find out.
Unfortunately, we never received any feedback on this either... We would have very much liked to have been given a hint and possibly also improved, if really justified.

Unfortunately, I think that's a great pity. Genuinely constructive criticism from our customers is always a very important improvement tip for me and my employees.

I have already explained to them personally why my cost estimate at the time was incorrect and have apologized for this several times.
However, we were very pleased that you still partially commissioned us with the room divider following the specific written and very detailed offer, as your project is a very demanding reference object in terms of craftsmanship with complex adaptations to complicated sloping roofs for our joinery.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to show the project as a reference because you have objected to the publication of images. Although we do not understand this, we accept it and think it is a great pity, as we can use it to present suggestions and our expertise to new interested parties.

If you had not ordered solid oak for certain furniture parts on the room divider at the time and had dispensed with the spotlights, the costs would also have been lower. But this higher value was worth it to them.
However, you will enjoy this decision for many years to come, as it gives the furniture a much higher value and a more elegant spatial effect.

Our electrical partner company was extremely busy at the time due to the many energy issues and retrofits in our country. I was very happy to receive support for the electrical work from a qualified, reliable master electrician at short notice so that the furniture could be installed. You could have taken care of this work yourself. At no time did anyone from our company force you to finally commission us and our partner company.
